Justin Hopper (The Old Weird Albion; Ghost Box Records) and Hope Wolf (Sussex Modernism) in conversation to mark the launch of Hopper’s bookDead The Long Year, a historical novella and ghost story about art and magick in Bohemian London, 1912. Hopper and Wolf will discuss modernism and magick, art and war, women in Edwardian England, the London-to-Sussex modernist pipeline, and the Cave of the Golden Calf, the Bohemian nightclub in which all of these topics met (and in which the book is set).

Come and celebrate the short but thrilling moment in pre-War London when modernist art, the occult and late-night revelry seemed like an alchemical formula destined to rule the nation!
